We are proud to say that over 50% of the current 34 office based staff are of non-British origin. The age bracket of employees spans from 22 to 92 years of age.

Full time working is 35 hours per week and paid leave is generous at 38 days per year pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays and Winter Closure).

Continuing Professional Development is seen as vital in ensuring a successful organisation and as an important factor with regard to the employees' job satisfaction.

The vast majority of wpf employees hold university degrees and/or post graduate diplomas, and many are professionals in their own right with practices outside wpf.
