Making an appointment for an Initial Consultation
Please note that during the month of August, the Counselling Administration office will be open between 10.00am and 4.00pm only.
You can contact us yourself – you do not need to be referred. Just call the Counselling Administration office on 0207 361 4803/4804.
Firstly, you need to pay a £20 Registration Fee. This can be done in one of three ways:

The payment can be made over the phone with a credit or debit card; an appointment will then be arranged there and then.

You can download the Registration Form from this page. You can then return it to us with £20 cheque/postal order/cash. Once we have received it, we will call you immediately (within 1 working day) to make an appointment. Download registration form.

Alternatively, we can send you a Registration Form in the post. Please call the office with your name and address details.
Once the appointment is made, we will send you a private and confidential questionnaire to complete and return to us.
Please be aware that Initial Consultations always take place during office hours, whereas ongoing therapy sessions take place between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
Waiting times for an Initial Consultation can vary: normally you can expect to wait for approximately 3 weeks.
