The total cost of the relocation is £4.9 million. Property costs will account for £3.9 million, whilst refurbishment and re-location costs will be of £1 million. The new building will be handed over to us as an empty shell, and we estimate that it will cost £1 million to get the organisation up and running. A fully costed budget is available.

£700,000 has already been committed towards the cost of the move and refurbishment. We have set the target of raising £1 million in the coming twelve months. An Appeal Board has been established, and a series of events and activities planned. Approaches to funders commenced in the late autumn of 2007, with the main Appeal launched publicly in February 2008.

We will be pleased to acknowledge all support offered to the Appeal, and will work with each major donor to see how best their contribution can be recognised.

Naming opportunities are available, ranging from the entire £4.9 million project or for each training room, consulting room and even individual items of equipment, furniture or bricks!
