Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)
DIT (dynamic interpersonal therapy) is a 16 week therapy
targeted particularly at relieving symptoms of anxiety and
depression.
The primary aim is symptom relief through improved interpersonal
functioning and an enhanced capacity for understanding self and
others.
This therapy aims to help people have a better understanding
of the links between their depression and what is happening in
their relationships.
The intended outcomes of DIT are symptom relief, an increased
capacity to cope with interpersonal relationships, a greater
understanding of self and other, a greater capacity for self
reflection and more freedom of choice.
Fee structure
Fees are calculated on a sliding scale depending on income.
There is a one-off non-refundable registration charge of £25 and an
initial in-depth consultation is £60 if your income is less than
£45K and £90 if your income is more than £45K. The fee for DIT
is calculated according to income bands with a minimum of £30 and a
maximum of £60.
You will be expected to pay for missed or cancelled sessions,
except for those cancelled by the therapist.
