likely to be experiencing some kind of mental distress or mental
health problem*. WPF Therapy offers easy access to support for
staff and organisations, with fast track access to assessments and
therapy.

We offer a range of short-term and long-term talking therapies.
Cognitive behavioural
therapy (CBT) and short-term
psychodynamic psychotherapy are found to be particularly useful
in employment situations as the treatment plan consists of 6-12
once weekly sessions. CBT aims to help you to change the way
you think, feel and behave. It is used as a treatment for a variety
of psychological problems, for those experiencing mild to moderate
anxiety and depression and some physical problems.
CBT has been found to be helpful for issues such as:

- Stress, Anxiety, Depression
