Psychological well-being is our business - which means that we
can't be complacent about our people, our culture, our
organisation. We think hard about how we manage ourselves and our
workplace. WPF engages creative, motivated, conscientious people to
deliver the excellent services we provide. We employ a diverse
range of people in a variety of roles:
- Clinical, such as staff therapists, supervisors and
assessors
- Teaching
- Administration
The majority of our staff work part-time and we are pleased to
be able to offer flexibility. We encourage and support staff in
developing their skills and updating their knowledge. We provide
opportunities for research and we encourage staff to publish their
work.
