Prevention & Early Intervention

Why wait until your employees are signed off on sick leave? How much does it cost your organisation per staff member on sick leave? At an average salary of £25,000 it would cost your organisation at least £500 per week in direct employment costs plus the loss of knowledge, output and the additional strain on other team members.

Referring your staff for an Assessment followed by 6-8 sessions of CBT might cost as little as £850. Referring early for an Assessment would benefit not only your staff member and the team but also the organisation and might be taken into account in case of stress related litigation. In any case it is a win-win situation. Sending your staff for an Assessment at an early stage might prevent a lengthy sick leave, something everyone would want to avoid (see below). (Remember to insert a clause in your Sick Leave Management Policy.)

A recent WPF Therapy outcome study** provides evidence of the effectiveness of our therapeutic work:

75%+ of WPF Therapy clients in the study stated that following the therapy their mental well-being had much improved, with
40%+ saying they no longer felt the need to visit their GP, and a further
11%+ having a much reduced need to visit their GP.

Contracts to support a work force of any size can be arranged. Please contact Lykke Leszczynski, Director of Business & Corporate Services for more information on
