Debriefing of Frontline Staff / Clinical Supervision
It is good practice to provide Clinical Supervision / Debriefing for Frontline staff as those positions have substantial additional pressures. Regular debriefings may eliminate or reduce burn out, stress, anxiety and depression, and may reduce litigation claims.
Each arrangement is tailored to the job holder’s or position’s needs and debriefing sessions can take place weekly or fortnightly depending on individual needs.
A recent WPF Therapy outcome study** provides evidence of the effectiveness of our therapeutic work:
75%+ of WPF Therapy clients in the study stated that following the therapy their mental well-being had much improved, with 40%+ saying they no longer felt the need to visit their GP, and a further 11%+ having a much reduced need to visit their GP.
