Trustees
WPF Therapy is governed by a council of management formed of
between 8 and 12 trustees, to whom the chief executive of the
charity reports. The current trustees are as follows:
Cheryl Abraham (Vice-chair)
Trained as a counsellor and has worked for the NHS and privately
and has also managed voluntary projects. Her particular interests
in WPF Therapy are the National Network and Training.
Nicole Francis
An experienced manager with a varied background in
education, learning and economic development who has worked in the
public, private and voluntary sector.
Stuart Holland
A former consultant to public and third sector clients,
currently working in regulation and supporting professional bodies
in the health sector. A background in economics, politics and
management.
Garry Mansfield
An experienced business development professional who heads a
consulting business assisting clients to improve sales and
marketing performance.
Liz Marin-Curtoud (Chair)
A qualified lawyer working for a major city firm, she
specialises in banking and finance.
Tony Oliva
Finance Director with broad experience with public, not for
profit and private sectors in East London over the past 20
years.
Adrian Scott
Background as a psychodynamic counsellor in the Voluntary
Sector, Further Education and the NHS. Works in service management;
interested in training, teaching and management from a clinical
perspective.
Robin Thompson
Has held senior roles in the charity sector, following an
international career in strategy, marketing and
mergers/acquisitions with major multinational companies.
Cheryl Walters
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in full time private practice,
trained at WPF. Was Counselling Co-ordinator at the National
Stepfamily Association before becoming Head of Policy and Research
at ParentlinePlus, a national charity.
Simone Warner
A qualified psychodynamic therapist who trained at WPF Therapy.
Her early life was spent in the theatre and in business and she
lived abroad for several years as the wife of a diplomat.
